“I was a bit nervous heading out into the world after being quarantined for over two months. However, I was more than impressed with the many safety precautions Level Nail lounge has implemented to keep its clients and staff safe! There are plexiglass dividers that you place your hand through, a large exhaust system to keep the air fresh, sanitation after each guest leaves a chair. All in all I would highly recommend this salon prior to coronavirus, but even more so now since they have proven they prioritize their staff’s and client’s health.”

“With things beginning to open, I jumped at the chance of getting a manicure and pedicure done. The question then became where, and more important still, what safety precautions are they partaking in. As a result, I conducted some research, calling three nail salons. I ended up choosing LEVEL Nail Lounge as they picked up their phone and their social media accounts discussed their precautions. Not to mention that the woman who attended me on the phone, Claudia, completely made me feel at ease.
In a nutshell, this is what’s going on. This nail salon is appointments only, so call and make an appointment. Once you do so, they’ll send you an automated text with their procedures going in. Essentially, it’s as follows: 1) Upon arrival, call and wait until they give you the okay to be let inside; 2) Wear a mask and be prepared to take a temperature reading; and 3) Please reschedule if you’re not feeling well.
Assuming you’re good to go, be ready to go inside and see more precautions at work. Everyone is at least six feet apart and they’ve installed Plexiglass screens at the manicurist tables. Also, the salon itself is pristine, shining even, and they have hand sanitizer up front. They also have contactless payment, so Apple Pay is A-okay. Something to note as well: all forms of payment are accepted except American Express. Oh, and everyone is wearing masks and gloves.
That said, first time at this salon and it certainly won’t be my last. Paulina was my one-stop shop for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. She did the pedicure first and she managed to find a near-perfect match to the dip color, which I believe was OPI’s Princess Rule. Upon finishing my toenails, we moved over to the manicurist table, where I hadn’t noticed there was a tube. I accidentally messed up a toenail and Paulina soon fixed it up for me thankfully.
As for the dip manicure, it went by quickly. Or so it seemed anyway. I really loved seeing the color on my fingernails, but best of all, unlike my prior dip manicure at another nail salon, the manicure looked natural. Not heavy. Not clunky. I really hope they last for some time, as this is the only the second time I do a dip manicure. It’s probably only because of that that I’m not granting the fifth star. I don’t have much to compare this type of work to, plus I did consider the cost a bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for, and for all intents and purposes, I’m beyond pleased.
The work done was flawless, the staff followed the appropriate safety precautions, and I felt ridiculously safe. If you’re looking for a nail salon, I heavily suggest going to this one. Not to mention that they have a rewards card, which is a nice gesture.”

Always on the look out for new beauty spots, I found this gem in Pembroke Pines. The salon itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with minimalistic decor and a trendy color palette. The relaxing vibe can be felt the second you step into Level Nail Lounge.
Paulina did an outstanding job on my white manicure and pedicure. She really listened to what I asked for and went above and beyond to make sure the final result was perfect. We had a great conversation, which made the time fly by.
